Featured agents are selected against entry criteria that include at least 20 residential sales in the preceding 12 months. This helps ensure the agents we connect you with have active, recent experience selling homes like yours.
Local area knowledge
Each agent covers specific suburbs. When you enter your property address, we identify the agent already covering your area — someone familiar with local market conditions, comparable sales and buyer demand.
Clear selection standards
Agents in the RePages network meet three entry criteria: at least 20 residential sales in the preceding 12 months, a median of 30 days or less on the market, and a seller rating of at least 4.5 stars. These criteria do not guarantee a price, sale or timeframe.

Your enquiry goes to one selected local agent — not a list of competing agents. The agent contacts you directly through their existing agency to discuss your property.
