About RePages

RePages is a matching and referral service that connects Western Australian homeowners with selected local selling agents. We are not a real estate agency — featured agents remain with their existing agencies, and appraisals, listings, negotiations and sales are handled by the selected agent through their agency.

We partner with agents who meet clear entry criteria: at least 20 residential sales in the preceding 12 months, a median of 30 days or less on the market, and a seller rating of at least 4.5 stars. Each covered suburb has a dedicated partnered agent. When a homeowner submits their details, we identify the agent covering their area and send them the information.

RePages does not charge homeowners for the matching service. Requesting an appraisal is free and carries no obligation. Ordinary agency fees may apply if you subsequently appoint an agent — those are set by the agent and their agency.
