This policy explains how RePages (operated by Hyrum James Chapman, ABN 75 328 088 647) collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you use our matching and referral service.RePages is a referral service that connects homeowners with selected local selling agents across Western Australia. We are not a real estate agency — featured agents remain with their existing agencies, and appraisals, listings, negotiations and sales are handled by the selected agent through their agency.

What information we collect

• Property and contact information: when you request an appraisal, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and property details including your address (captured via Google Places Autocomplete), suburb, state and postcode.
• Property description: any details you provide about your property type, selling timeline, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other features.
• Agent application information: when an agent applies to join our network, we collect their name, agency, work email, mobile number, primary suburb or postcode, and realestate.com.au profile URL. Mobile numbers are verified via SMS.
• Technical information: we may collect device type, browser, and page interaction data for analytics and service improvement.

How we use your information

• To connect you with the selected local agent covering your area.
• To forward your enquiry to that agent so they can contact you about your property.
• To review and assess agent applications for our network.
• To respond to your enquiries, compliments and complaints.
• To analyse and improve our service.

Sharing your information

When you request an appraisal, your property and contact details are shared with the single selected agent covering your area so they can contact you directly. We do not send your details to a list of competing agents. Your information is also stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which may be operated by a third-party service provider on our behalf.

Storage and service providers

We use a CRM platform and related cloud services to store and manage contact and property information. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Address lookup is provided through Google Places. SMS verification for agent applications is provided through a dedicated verification service.

No-obligation enquiries

Requesting an appraisal is free and carries no obligation. You are not committing to sell your property by enquiring. RePages does not charge homeowners for the matching service. Ordinary agency fees may apply if you subsequently appoint an agent — these are set by the agent and their agency, not by RePages.

Marketing consent

Service-enquiry contact and optional ongoing marketing communications are separate. We will only send you marketing communications if you have provided separate consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below.
