About RePages

RePages is operated by Hyrum James Chapman (ABN 75 328 088 647). RePages is a matching and referral service that connects homeowners with selected local selling agents across Western Australia. We are not a real estate agency. Featured agents remain with their existing agencies, and appraisals, listings, negotiations and sales are handled by the selected agent through their agency.

Our service

When you submit a property enquiry, RePages identifies the agent covering your area and sends them your details. The selected agent then contacts you directly. Availability depends on your suburb — if no agent currently covers your area, we will let you know and do our best to help.

RePages does not charge homeowners for the matching service. Requesting an appraisal is free and carries no obligation. Ordinary agency fees may apply if you subsequently appoint an agent — these are set by the agent and their agency, not by RePages.

Agent selection standards

Agents featured in the RePages network are selected against entry criteria: at least 20 residential sales in the preceding 12 months, a median of 30 days or less on the market, and a seller rating of at least 4.5 stars. These criteria do not guarantee a price, sale, or timeframe. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.

Agent applications

Agents may apply to join the RePages network. Applying does not mean approval, and agents continue to operate through their existing agency. Applications are reviewed individually before any partnership is offered. Mobile numbers are verified via SMS before an application is submitted.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when using our service and to use the service lawfully. You are not committing to sell your property by enquiring.

Limitation of liability

RePages facilitates the connection between homeowners and agents. We do not conduct the property sale and are not a party to any agreement between you and an agent. To the extent permitted by law, RePages is not liable for the acts or omissions of any agent or their agency.
